There are many exciting and rewarding committees to choose from. Some of our committees are year-round while others require a short-term commitment. Chair: Brad Stumpff & Vice-Chair: Chancey Padgett
Promotes recruiting and retention of members including new member drives. Ambassadors and Mentors coordinate member orientation, help members throughout the year, greet attendees at BANCF functions, and encourage participation.
Chair: Andreana Graham & Vice-Chair: Jane Harris
Ambassadors help new members feel welcome, share about the benefits of being a member and the opportunities available as well as provide guidance and direction to meet the new member’s needs. Meets monthly during lunch.
Chair: Shelley Vickers & Vice Chair: Chris Trowell
Members represent the Association before lawmakers, providing valuable input on proposals affecting the construction industry and the affordability of housing in our community. Members also research and study specific issues, providing critical current information to BANCF members. Areas of concentration include: City Government, County Government, State & Federal Government, and Utilities.

Represents the interests of the Commercial contractor, sub-contractor, and supplier providing a forum to discuss concerns and share ideas, and taking a pro-active role on local issues affecting the commercial industry. Holds bi-monthly luncheons.

BANCF’s Young Professionals Group is designed for members ages 18–45 who want to connect, grow, and get more involved. YPs enjoy networking events, community service projects, professional development opportunities, and plenty of fun along the way. It’s the perfect place to build relationships, strengthen leadership skills, and make an impact in our industry while having a great time with peers.

Committee members plan this very popular event in the Spring of each year. Members are responsible for securing sponsorships, promoting attendance and tournament participation. Help set up the day of and during the event. A really fun committee to participate on!

Committee members plan and coordinate the annual Family Fun Fishing Tournament, held in Crystal River for BANCF members, their families, and their employees. Being on this committee is almost as fun as the event itself!

Committee members plan the mixer and help secure items for the Silent Auction. Proceeds from the Silent Auction go towards the education, training and scholarship programs.

Committee members plan the annual Golf Tournament. From securing sponsorships to helping set up the course, the committee takes on an active role on the success of this annual event.

As the last big event of the year, Committee members work hard to make all the arrangements for this elegant but fun event including securing sponsorships, decorating and all the other choices to make this event a successful one.
