Sponsorship Opportunities for Members

Being a BANCF Sponsor is a very cost effective method of marketing to both industry members and to the general public. Your BANCF staff is ready to help you personalize a marketing plan that is right for your company.  Contact BANCF or call the office at (352) 372-5649 as soon as possible as sponsorships are sold on a first-come, first serve basis and often are sold out very quickly.  Highlighted here is a few of the sponsorships available.  


Membership Meeting Sponsor
A unique opportunity to showcase your product and/or service to a targeted audience at the monthly BANCF membership meeting.  Over 200 members in attendance and only one sponsor per month. Sponsorship includes draped display table, 2 complimentary meals, 3 minutes on the agenda, and your company name on all promotional materials for the meeting.  
 
Membership Mailing Sponsor
An informational packet is mailed to over 700 BANCF Member companies and their employees every month.  Insert your company flyer or brochure and target your message to the entire membership.  A limited number of sponsors per mailing. 

Member Directory Sponsor
A membership directory that is both used extensively by BANCF Members and the general public looking for specific products and services.  Special issues of the directory are distributed at the Home Show and at both of the Parades of Homes. Your company can be listed free in up to 3 categories. Additional Ad space can promote your business in this great publication.   
 
Website Banner Space
The BANCF website receives over 250,000 hits a year.  The website has had a total makeover and now will even be more
popular with a lot more user-friendly features and consumer information.  New to the website is a great marketing
              opportunity for your company to stand out with a banner ad on popular pages throughout the site.  Space is limited.
 
Enhanced Listing
Enhance your listing on the Directory of Members, a very popular place on the BANCF website.  For a small annual fee,
your colored company logo can be promoted in the directory.  A great way for you to stand out so your potential customer
              can find you easily.  
 
Member Mixer
Requested by our membership, Member Mixers allow members to relax, socialize and network after business hours.  These highly attended events are a great way to get over 300 business contacts to your place of business.  Sponsor an after hours Member Mixer.   
 
Family Fun Fishing Weekend & Golf Tournament
There are many sponsorship opportunities in both of these highly attended social events, one is sure to fit your needs.  
 
Installation Banquet
Promote your company as we honor our past and future leaders.  Over 400 members and special guests attend this prestigious event.  A variety of sponsorships are available.
 
Home Show
Each spring, BANCF teams up with The Gainesville Sun to present a home and garden extravaganza at the O’Connell Center.  Securing a booth at this exciting event puts you face to face with thousands of people looking for your goods and services.  This show is a sell-out every year.
 
Parade of Homes
A Parade of Home book is published in The Gainesville Sun and distributed to over 50,000 households.  An additional 8,000 copies are distributed to Parade visitors.  These books have been proven to have a long shelf life among prospective homebuyers and remodeling customers.  Advertising in the Spring and Fall brochure is strictly limited to BANCF members.
