Support the BANCF Industry Defense Fund!
Since the BANCF Industry Defense Fund was created, it has been used to protect our members’ ability to do business. This was possible thanks to our Benefactors who contribute from $500 to $5000 in addition to their annual dues.
Over the past few years, the Industry Defense Fund has been used to challenge overly restrictive legislation that hurts our businesses and has a devastating effect on the affordability of housing in our community. The fund has allowed us to hire experts to help fight complex issues and conduct critical economic and market research tailored specifically for our community.
There are many challenges ahead. Our local, state, and federal governments are constantly coming up with new legislation that increases the cost of construction, drives home prices up and customers away. As costs go up, fewer and fewer citizens in our community can afford to own their own home, expand their business, or start a new business.
