BANCF has an active Commercial Builders Council. Their meetings are held every other month and always have programs of interest to those in the commercial field. BANCF also provides a special Commercial section in our published and online Directory of Members.
I’m a small residential builder and remodeler. What’s in it for me?
BANCF members meet monthly for lunch with the staff from city and county government including building, planning, public works, environmental protection, and more. Not only do you get the most up to date information on what is affecting you in the field, you get to know them while sharing lunch with them every month. For residential builders, the Parade of Homes™ held twice year is a great opportunity to market your new homes – and it is exclusive for members only.

I have all the business I need right now. Why should I join?
Because you don’t have the time to personally keep up with what the city, county and state are doing that affects your business. And, you don’t have time to filter through everything online for the accurate and critical information you need on housing trends, economic forecasts, and researching the market to build for the future. BANCF, along with NAHB and FHBA does all that for you.
Will my membership really make a difference?
By being a member, you add strength to BANCF’s voice in local government advocating for positive change, protecting the commercial and residential industry, the affordability of housing, and the ability to do business in our community. And, you help support the education of our future workforce through the Homes of Our Own elementary school program, high school career days, scholarships, and the very successful Apprenticeship Program.
