Our family welcomes your family to the 2006 Parade of Homes. This year we are proud to announce that 35 outstanding homes in 8 neighborhoods have been added to the beautiful community we are so proud of building. Since 1958, the Parade of Homes has featured over 1400 homes in over 141 different neighborhoods, showcasing the latest in home design and land development while setting the standard for future generations.
Each Parade Home is a collective effort of numerous people who combine their talents and resources to show you the newest ideas in the housing industry. Builders, developers, subcontractors, suppliers, lenders, designers, and many others have put their best foot forward to bring to you the best our area has to offer.
Our members and their families work, live and volunteer their time in the community. They understand creating a comfortable, safe neighborhood does not end with providing quality housing. They know that the best communities are filled with people who work together to improve the quality of life for all residents. That is why so many of BANCF members are active in community work, from providing housing to low-income residents, educational opportunities, workforce training and scholarships to working with government in an effort to keep housing affordable for all. The Association continues its work in the Habitat for Humanity neighborhood, Celebration Oaks, with the building of another Habitat home. Our members are committed to our community and we are very proud of them.
Thank you for taking the time and consideration to view the best and widest variety of new homes in our area. We trust that you will be pleased with our efforts. We look forward to meeting you and hearing your perspective. Remember, your ticket admits you to all homes.
You may visit as many times as you wish.
See you at the Parade!
Yours truly,
Jim Painter, President James Clayton, Parade Chair
