Where can I get a Parade Book?
There will be a Parade Book inserted into the local paper, The Gainesville Sun, on opening day of the Parade. They are also available at any of the Parade neighborhoods and at the BANCF Office. Floor plans, renderings, and features of the homes can also be viewed online on opening day.   

Is there a cost to attend the homes?
Yes. Tickets for adults cost $5, with children 16 and under free.  A portion of the ticket sales benefit community charitable organizations.

Where can I buy a ticket?
Tickets can be purchased at any of the Parade Neighborhoods.

Is the ticket only good for one subdivision or one day?
No. The purchase of one ticket gives you unlimited access to all homes in all the neighborhoods during open hours for the entire length of the Parade.

Where do I have to start the Parade?
Start your tour at your choice of any of the Parade Neighborhoods. You can map your own route that is most convenient for you and visit the homes at your own pace.

How do I know which neighborhoods are participating and where can I find them?
Neighborhood locations can be found on the map in the Parade Book, online, or in our ads in The Gainesville Sun.  There will be an official Parade of Homes sign at the entrance of the neighborhood as well. 

Are the homes showcased in the Parade of Homes for sale?
Some homes in the Parade may be for sale, others may have been purchased prior to the Parade. Please contact the builder to find out information on any particular home in which you have interest. The builder’s contact information is conveniently located on each of the home pages of the parade book. 

Are the home prices listed in the book?
The prices for individual homes are not listed in the Parade Book or on the website.  You must contact the builder of the home.  The builder’s contact information is located on each of the home pages in the Parade book. 

Are all the homes in the Parade similar in price, size, and style?
No. The wide variety of interior and exterior designs, floor plans, sizes, and neighborhood amenities are what makes the Parade of Homes so special.  Last year’s Parade had homes starting at $130,000 up to close to one million dollars and everything in between.  When you visit the Parade of Homes you are getting a glimpse of all the housing choices available in our community. 

I'm a builder. How can I put one of my homes in the Parade?
You must be a member of the BANCF to have a home in the Parade. Informational packets are sent to all builder, developer and realtor members about a year before the Parade in order to prepare for this great event. I remember a home that I liked from a Past Parade. Is there any way for me to see the floor plans & features from that home?
Yes.  The Parade of Homes archive found on our website begins with 2004 and contains all floor plans, renderings, features and builder information from each Parade Home since then.  For more information, contact the BANCF office at (352) 372-5649.
