Where do I start the Parade of Homes™ tour?
Start your self-guided tour at your choice of any of the Parade Neighborhoods. Pick a neighborhood close to you and then you can map your own route that is most convenient and visit the homes at your own pace.
How do I know which neighborhoods are participating and where can I find them?
Neighborhood locations can be found on the map in the Parade Magazine or online at BANCF.com.
Where can I get a Parade Magazine?
Parade Magazines will be available at every one of the parade homes with copies at the BANCF office as well. It is also featured on our website. Floor plans, renderings and features of the homes are included in the Parade Magazine.
Is there a cost to attend the Show?
No, this year the Parade of Homes™ is complimentary, thanks to the generosity of the Parade builders.
Are the homes showcased in the Parade of Homes™ for sale?
Some homes in the Parade may be for sale, others may have been purchased prior to the Parade. Please contact the builder to find out information on any particular home in which you have interest. The builder’s contact information is conveniently located on each of the home pages of the Parade Magazine.
Are the home prices listed in the book?
The prices for individual homes are not listed in the Parade Magazine or on the website. You must contact the builder of the home. The builder’s contact information is located on each of the home pages in the Parade Magazine.
Are all the homes in the Parade similar in price, size, and style?
No. The wide variety of interior and exterior designs, floor plans, sizes, and neighborhood amenities are what makes the Parade of Homes™ so special. When you visit the Parade of Homes™ you are getting a glimpse of all the housing choices available in our community.
I'm a builder. How can I put one of my homes in the Parade
You must be a member of the BANCF to have a home in the Parade. Informational packets are sent to all builder, developer and realtor members about a year before the Parade in order to prepare for this great event. If you are not yet a member of BANCF, information on joining and a membership application can be found here.
