Parade of Homes Frequently Asked Questions
At each Parade Home, the following guidelines will be adhered to:
- Hand sanitizing liquid and/or gel will be available for each visitor
- Face masks will be required per county emergency order
- Sanitizing the home will occur throughout the day as well as at the end of each day
- Social distancing will occur between groups
- No more than the current maximum group occupancy ordinance will be allowed in the home at a time
- At least two people will be present within the home when you arrive to help maintain social distancing and to adhere to the current maximum group occupancy ordinance
Yes, all neighborhoods have at least one parade home to tour. Some neighborhoods will have multiple homes. Check the parade magazine for more information.
Parade Books will be available at every one of the parade homes with copies at the BANCF office as well. It is also featured on our website. Floor plans, renderings and features of the homes are included in the Parade Book.
No, this year the Parade of Homes is complimentary, thanks to the generosity of the Parade builders.
Start your tour at your choice of any of the Parade Neighborhoods. Pick a neighborhood close to you and then you can map your own route that is most convenient and visit the homes at your own pace.
Neighborhood locations can be found on the map in the Parade Book or online at BANCF.com.
Some homes in the Parade may be for sale, others may have been purchased prior to the Parade. Please contact the builder to find out information on any particular home in which you have interest. The builder’s contact information is conveniently located on each of the home pages of the parade book.
The prices for individual homes are not listed in the Parade Book or on the website. You must contact the builder of the home. The builder’s contact information is located on each of the home pages in the Parade book.
No. The wide variety of interior and exterior designs, floor plans, sizes, and neighborhood amenities are what makes the Parade of Homes so special. When you visit the Parade of Homes you are getting a glimpse of all the housing choices available in our community.
You must be a member of the BANCF to have a home in the Parade. Informational packets are sent to all builder, developer and realtor members about a year before the Parade in order to prepare for this great event.
