On behalf of the 650 members of the Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF), welcome to the 2006 Fall Parade of Homes! This year's Fall Parade, the largest one yet, offers an exciting opportunity to preview brand new home styles throughout different locations in Alachua County. You will see the latest in housing trends, decorative styles, and neighborhood designs. The collection of homes on display reflects the imagination, innovation, and freedom of thought that makes our country lead the world in opportunity, entrepreneurship and economic strength.
Where else can you find such variety of housing designs, locations and neighborhood styles other than at the Parade? With interest rates still low, now is a perfect time to move into your new dream home. The homes will be open 1-6pm on Saturday and Sunday, October 14th –15th and October 21st – 22nd.
