Our family welcomes your family to the 2004 Parade of Homes™. This year we are proud to announce that 59 outstanding homes in 15 neighborhoods have been added to the beautiful community we are so proud of building. Since 1955, the Parade of Homes™ has featured over 1400 homes in over 130 different neighborhoods, showcasing the latest in home design and land development while setting the standard for future generations.
Each Parade Home is a collective effort of numerous people who combine their talents and resources to show you the newest ideas in the housing industry. Builders, developers, subcontractors, suppliers, lenders, designers, and many others have put their best foot forward to bring to you the best our area has to offer.
Our members and their families work, live and volunteer their time in the community. They understand creating a comfortable, safe neighborhood does not end with providing quality housing. They know that the best communities are filled with people who work together to improve the quality of life for all residents. That is why so many of BANCF members are active in community work, from providing housing to low-income residents, educational opportunities and scholarships to students, to working with government in an effort to keep housing affordable for all. Currently, the Association is developing a Habitat for Humanity neighborhood called Celebration Oaks, building Habitat homes, coordinating the building of the new Reichert House and helping Stop! Children’s Cancer with their latest fundraising effort. Our members are committed to our community and we are very proud of them.
Thank you for taking the time and consideration to view the best and widest variety of new homes in our area. We trust that you will be pleased with our efforts. We look forward to meeting you and hearing your perspective. Remember, your ticket admits you to all homes. You may visit as many times as you wish.
See you at the Parade!
Yours truly,

| David Miller President |
